We promise to make every effort to accommodate your needs and provide the best treatment results. We fully understand that last-minute emergencies arise which require adjustment or cancellation of an appointment. Please be considerate of our time and promptly notify us of your need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Clients that provide a minimum of 24-hour notice will not receive a penalty. Clients that do not give a 24-hour notice will be charged $50. Luxus Laser and Esthetics will charge the credit card on file, or you will be charged before your next treatment.

• Clients that fail to show up with no notification to Luxus Laser and Esthetics will forfeit their treatment.
If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your appointment. However, we may abbreviate service time to avoid delays for other guests. Abbreviated appointments will be charged at full value.

• Luxus Laser and Esthetics will do its best to remind clients of upcoming appointments. However, not receiving a reminder is not an excuse for a late cancellation or failure to show up with no notification.


Please understand that this policy is in place to allow us to serve all clients better. Last- minute cancellations and no-shows are very costly and do not allow us to fill schedule vacancies. We are committed to maintaining an affordable pricing structure and keeping our schedule full to benefit all.
